Overcoming her own "incurable" illness using food and natural therapies was a turning point in her health journey. With over 25 years of experience, Andrea has shared her passion and knowledge to help countless people enhance their well-being.
By creating a space for genuine connection, face-to-face interaction, and hands-on demonstrations, Andrea provides retreat attendees with an immersive experience to nurture and support their journey toward enhanced health and vitality.
Founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC, offering award-winning mindful nature programs throughout the Northeast region. She is certified through the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, and Mindful Schools. Cindy is an educator with the Sheldrake Environmental Center, as well as a meditation teacher with Pause To Be Present Meditation. She is also a New York State Master Naturalist. Her work has been featured in Forbes and won the Best of Westchester Award by Westchester Magazine.
As a Certified Functional Health Coach and Natural Food Chef, Marzena guides clients toward sustainable changes to improve their overall quality of life. She's a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Natural Gourmet Institute's Food Therapy Program, and the Plant-Based Culinary Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education. She launched the Mindful Kitchen Project in 2016, and in 2022 began working as a Private Chef.

All you need to do is get yourself to the Newark Liberty International Airport where we will have a car pick you up. The airport is located approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes from our retreat house.
You can also rent a car to do some adventuring on your own. The retreat house address will be provided upon purchase of your room.

All of the ladies are like-minded and our chats and shares around the fire created some nice friendships. I can honestly say I've never forest bathed before. When Andrea said we were going to hike into the forest and forest bathe I was very intrigued. The chef packed us a delicious a lunch to go, we made an herbal tea on the trail, and we swam in a waterfall. It was a highlight for me!

REFUND POLICY
* If you cancel 60 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment will be refunded.
* If you cancel 30-45 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment will be refunded. You will forfeit 25% of your payment.
* If you cancel 15-29 days before your retreat start date, 50% of your payment will be refunded. You will forfeit 50% of your payment.
* If you cancel 14 days before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your payment.
* Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
