Overcoming her own "incurable" illness using food and natural therapies was a turning point in her health journey. With over 25 years of experience, Andrea has shared her passion and knowledge to help countless individuals enhance their well-being.

By creating a space for genuine connection, face-to-face interaction, and hands-on demonstrations, Andrea provides retreat attendees with an immersive experience to nurture and support their journey toward enhanced health and vitality.

Ceiara Cartony:

Yoga and meditation instructor

Ceiara has over 20 years experience. Her teaching philosophy combines body alignment, utilizing the breath and stillness to allow the mind to disconnect from all distraction. She specializes in accommodating all levels and is certified in Hatha yoga and will lead our guests in various yoga and meditation practices throughout the stay.

Kelly Bruce:

Forest Bathing Guide

Kelly is certified by the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy that followed a six month intensive practicum. She's thrilled to share the practice of forest bathing and nature therapy with the global community. Kelly is also a Forest Therapy Trail Certification Consultant, interpretive guide, and certified CPR and Wilderness First Aid expert.

Katie Fiore:

Private Chef

A graduate from The New England Culinary Institute, Katie started her career as a personal chef and embraced the idea of healing through food. She has been cooking professionally for over 25 years and has made it her passion making healthy, clean food approachable and delicious. 

During your stay, Katie will ensure each dish nourishes your body, and you'll get to savor all of the flavors to the fullest.

Mandala Meditation Expert

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner harmony with Delia Quigley. With 40+ years of expertise, she offers a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Delia will guide you on a journey of self-exploration and inner transformation, using the timeless wisdom of the mandala. These designs were meticulously crafted by Delia to help explore the depths of consciousness, unraveling layers of emotions, thoughts, and aspirations.
