Overcoming her own "incurable" illness using food and natural therapies was a turning point in her health journey. With over 25 years of experience, Andrea has shared her passion and knowledge to help countless people enhance their well-being.

By creating a space for genuine connection, face-to-face interaction, and hands-on demonstrations, Andrea provides retreat attendees with an immersive experience to nurture and support their journey toward enhanced health and vitality.

Since 1996, Erin has been teaching yoga asana throughout NYC . She served 5 years as faculty for Stony Brook University’s Center for Dance Movement and Somatic Learning. Following 20 + years in the NYC dance and yoga community Erin relocated with her family to the Catskill Region of NY State where she founded The Yoga Space and served as Executive Director for a not-for-profit Arts Complex in Sullivan County New York. She is currently pursuing certifications in yoga therapeutics and trauma.  Erin continues to lead workshops, retreats, and teacher training.

Cindy Olsen:
Certified Forest Therapist, Mindful Outdoor Guide, CPR Wilderness First Aid

Founder of Cindy By Nature, LLC, offering award-winning mindful nature programs throughout the Northeast region. She is certified through the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, and Mindful Schools.  Cindy is an educator with the Sheldrake Environmental Center,  as well as a meditation teacher with Pause To Be Present Meditation. She is also a New York State Master Naturalist. Her work has been featured in Forbes and won the Best of Westchester Award by Westchester Magazine.

Delia Quigley:
Mandala Meditation Expert


Embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner harmony with Delia Quigley. With 40+ years of expertise, she offers a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Delia will work your breath with lung opening Qi Gong exercises. And, she'll guide you on a journey of self-exploration and inner transformation, using the timeless wisdom of the mandala. Her designs were meticulously crafted to explore the depths of consciousness, unraveling layers of emotions, thoughts, and aspirations.

Your Itinerary

We've mapped out your stay so you can relax and feel your best.

All you need to do is get yourself to the Newark Liberty International Airport where we will have a car pick you up. The airport is located approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes from our retreat house.

You can also rent a car if you want to do some adventuring on your own. The retreat house address will be provided upon purchase of your room.

All of the ladies are like-minded and our chats and shares around the fire created some nice friendships. I can honestly say I've never forest bathed before. When Andrea said we were going to hike into the forest and forest bathe I was very intrigued. The chef packed us a delicious a lunch to go, we made an herbal tea on the trail, and we swam in a waterfall. It was a highlight for me! - Shirley M.
